for patience and understanding (Ron W's, especially). I think I may have made a bigger deal out of the terminal board issue than it really is -- sometimes other issues can color one's overall attitude and tone of voice. I've said this countless times before (including a letter published in Listener), that: Welborne Labs' products are absolutely top-notch; customer service can't be beat, etc., etc. Nearly all the old epoxy has been removed from all the loose terminal boards, and a generous AA inmate (who experienced something similar)has even offered to share matching screws so the boards can be attached more securely.I love my Moondogs!
