I've used this one....

and don't blow it off just because it has the Behringer name on it. I've used it for mixdown work, consolidating drum set in live recordings, and general mixing work. Its got more control than you're asking for but the price is quite reasonable. One other thing I liked about it is all the patching capabilities as well as a very clean output.

I see these pop up on eBay and Craigslist, depending on where you are.
