Quality 4-track analog mixer

Looking for suggestions for a quality analog mixer. The main purpose will be to rip vinyl to hi-rez. I have a decent ADC, but need a preamp to get optimum levels.

Obviously the preamp is another object in the signal chain (turntable -> phono preamp -> mixer -> ADC), so I'd like to avoid any degradation by getting a good quality mixer (though at a reasonable price -- these aren't archival vinyl transfers :)

The other purpose is to mix down to 2-track some 4-track 1/4" RTR tapes.

4 tracks is plenty for my purposes.
