The OPT is OK. But to do the 91 circuit, you would need to wrap some extra turns on the 6.3v power tx winding to get 9-10v for the 310A filament. Same to use the tentlabs filament supply, would need to add some turns to get +2vac to add to the filament secondary if you wanted that option. It is do-able, we did it for the prototype.
