Ping Brian Cherry: LD+ and 91 parts pak

Hi Brian. Exciting to see the new "91 parts pak" for the LD+.
Will this pak work with the old version of the LD+? Do you need to use the new transformer with the new rectifier/driver tubes?
I don't see the S&B grid choke mod in the internal view of the 91 pak-modded LD+--if the S&B grid choke is currently installed, does it have to be removed? Modded?
