What is the difference between Nutrix,XLR and Balanced cables. I know a newbe question, because I am....Thanks to all that reply.

Neutrik is a manufacturer of connectors, XLR a the type connector used to connect balanced lines, another would be a TRS jack.
TRS= Tip, Ring, Sleeve, in HiFi commonly known as a 1/4" stereo jack.
