Any studio power amp better than MC2 MC1250 for passive studio monitor?

I heard crown macro reference, bryston 7b sst, chord 1232 before,

any recommendation for studio power amp.

Anyone heard jdf power amp?

At least not in my experience.

If you want better go active! Using MC2 MC-series amps of course.

that said I have not heard jdf amps, specs look very good except that I could not find anything regarding output impedance. A bit pricey though, the only price I could find was for a s/h 450w@4Ohm job at 7000Euro.
You'd get 4 brand new MC2 MC450s for that.
