Since K&K CCS is no longer available, is anyone out there offering something similar?

The circuit is fairly simple and could be cobbled together on some perf board (see p. 152 example d ; Morgan Jones 4th ed. for circuit). The difficult part will be sourcing the IXYS 8N100D2 MOSFETs. Unfortunately the parts life for semiconductors can be fairly limited.
Maybe there is an enterprising inmate out there that will take it on themselves to have printed circuit boards made and make them available.
