Congrats on the new forum. Frankly, I was surprised to see it appear. For quite some time, Elekits have scarcely been known outside of Japan. This is where I discovered them. I came to Japan to work during Canada's nasty economic depression of the early 90's, and I've remained here ever since. I left all my audio gear in Canada, and although funds were scarce, I was looking around for solutions. And so it was that one day I was in Tokyo gawking around a vast DIY/crafts store called Tokyo Hands. And, there on display was an array of Elekits. That was 15 years ago. I've been intrigued ever since. A couple of years later, I heard my first Elekit amp in a professional constructor's workshop. I was astonished by the sound this tiny amp was making. - Best regards, Lorne
