For sure, the upgrade OPT will give your more bass. I am waiting Lundahl' s smaller OPT for TU-8200. Once I have the result and will share in here. If you change the tube set to Psvane KT88 and 12AU7 (MKII), you will have better result.

I was thinking either Gold Lion KT66's or Kt88's. Reading about some of the past psvane tubes having issues bothers me a bit. But thanks for the recommendation.
So the when will the larger Antene OPT's will be available for purchase, and what will be the price for the Antene's?
Thanks Victor.
I tried KT88's (new JJ's) the amp ran very hot (the bass was better). I stuck a big heat sink with heat transfer tape but opted to send the tubes back as it didn't seem to help much - I don't like very hot tube amps. The 8200 likes 6L6GC's, runs slightly warm, never hot. I opted to go the active subwoofer route (x2) with very good results. The bass improves over time, so be patient. I'm very happy with it. The IC's made a big difference as well - DIY, thin solid silver with minimalist RCA's. Good power cords also tightened the bass. It depends what you listen to and what your goal is.
If you buy your tube from a reliable source, you should be ok.
For the OPT, I am waiting the smaller Lundahl OPT. The price is more or less the same.
I have a friend that is letting me borrow a pair of kt90's and 6550's to compare against the KT88's I bought. He also said he has some kt120's he'll let me borrow.
Can I use the kt120 with the 8200?
Thanks
no, you cannot use kt120. kt120 requires higher current. you can use el34, 6l6gc, 6550c, kt88, k90
.
