.
Scored a similar 70s fake a while ago on a fleamarket for 1 euro. VJ 1092, Songs and pictures of the fabulous Beatles. The original has the foldout cover and is titled Songs pictures and stories. Just 1 word can make a lot of difference!
"The torture never stops"
I tend to miss finer details while in the store. Then, when I get home, I take out the magnifiers, haul out the Goldmine book, etc.
Speaking of Goldmine, you should see some of the values listed for "authentic" copies. Goldmine indeed! Its fun having a "boot" copy just as a topic of conversation, I guess. Mine doesn't sound that good so it won't get much play.

PS: you're right; the torture never stops.

That has some more info. Scroll down a bit for ITB.There are other sites that have extensive info on Fab boots if you use "the google." I found out the bad news about my Beatles Christmas album that way.
Could you post again. The site isn't listed.-Steve

What am I -- on drugs?
Now I'm positive I have a fake. I suspected as much.
Btw, recording quality is spotty from mediocre to poor.On a positive note this is my first Beatles bootleg!

One way to tell if it's a fake is if The words Introducing the Beatles are above the center hole and the words The Beatles are below it.Then I would say it's a fake, but even if it is you still can enjoy it!!
Just as you describe.A clue for me was the outer jacket front side. It has the look of a scanned image.
Also, the vinyl looks way too new.
