Thinking of gettng a new one from JICO, an SAS. I've always loved my Shure cartridges from the M91ED to the M97HE to the M97XE, to the V-15 Type III. Very little experience (except for a few hours with my new AT440ML) with AT.Pulled these two cartridges from garage sale turntables for very little coin. Replacement JICO SAS run about $110 for either.
Which ever one I re-stylus will start out as a backup and given a chance to work its way into the starting lineup.
Turntables Technics SL-1200MkV and Yammy PF-800.
Recommendations, thoughts, condemnations? Ultimate margarita recipes?
Thanks

a new stylus for the AT. But then I wondered if at the same price the V15 IV wouldd be better money spent. Thanks,
DD
I have no personal experience with the Jico stylii but i read several posts here praising the V15III stylus they make. Just scored an AT15XE with a good original stylus, 10 euro plus a Dual 1219. Alas the V15III is a fond memory, broke the stylus long ago. Right now i say FWIW the AT15XE is the best MM cart i've heard so far. The 15Sa is the Shibata stylus version, should be even better.
