Life is too short not to own several tables. Amazing stuff! Congratulations!

Hey Marc!FWIW, I have Bozak speakers as well. I used to have the Symphony and the Rhapsody. I have to let go of the Symphony because of its size and kept the Rhapsody. I used to power the former with a Dynaco ST70 modified. My Rhapsody is now powered by an SET amp. Nice stuff!
regards,
While they're not CGs or Symphonies.. The cab. really gets the bass pretty low down.. The midrange tone can be so fabulous. I'm not sure how long i'm going to be able to keep 'em at my place. They're in the livingroom and while they have grown on my dearest a bit.. she'd love some sleek and pretty new speaks.. "But none of those tall things with all the circles!" That's a direct quote.. you don't want to here her take on monitors and stands. She is an overall cool chick about most of it and loves playing LPs when the mood is right.
I'm about to do Pat Tobin's mods to my 302a's and i'll let ya know how they turn out. Getting the tweeters at ear level, simplifying the xovers and getting me a good bit more high freq extention should make them some nice sounding speakers with the tasty Bozak drivers.
Frankly i'd love to keep them when modded and just add a modern pair down the road.
