What cartridge are you using with your Rogue phono stage?

Thanks for the responses guys that is the type of info I was looking for.
I am using a Benz Micro Glider medium output (1mv). I am using NOS Mullard 12ax7's at the input and Mullard 12at7's at the output. I am happy with this setup until I can afford to get a better outboard phono stage. The Mullards make a difference in the input as they are quieter than the stock tubes. I agree with srdavis2000 that using a low output MC would be a bit of stretch even if you use 12ax7's at the output. I tried this but found it too noisy. Medium to High output MC's seem to work fine.

I was using a Dynavector 20XH. It was a nice combination, very musical. But compared to my Rogue Stealth, the tubed phono stage in the 99 lacked some dynamics and punch and I ultimately prefered the Stealth.
I went down the same path except with the 20XL. The built in stage was stretched with the LO MC. Still have the Stealth.
set at 47K. How did you get the proper loading for the 20XL ( <100 Ohms)? Most LO MCs like much lower loading than 47K. and even a lot of HO MCs (20XH, etc.) specify around 1K as optimum loading.
