The album in question is: Trace-Birds(Sire SASD 7514). Artists are Rick Van Der Linden, Ian Mosley, and Jaap Van Eik. I picked-up this LP a couple of years ago at my local thrift. Listened to it once or twice and put it away.
I starting spinning it again this week and it has not left my Nottingham table. I now realize how really good this album is, don't know why I didn't the first time.
Album is all intrumental save one track. Very interesting spectrum of instruments are used. A few are: The Hammond organ B3-M3, Hohner clavinet, Hohner pianet, Church organ, Harpsichord eupert, Solina string ensemble, drums, violins(Acousitic and Electric) and more.
Very good recording, though mine is a white label promo copy which helps.

Wooster, eh? Haven't been there since my 25th W.H.S. reunion (I went to the OLD high school). Are there any good used record stores, flea markets, thrifts, or used bookstores in town anymore? It's time to take the wife and kids up to see Amish Country soon.

as well as one or two more by the same band. Looks like I should pull the trigger. I now who van der Linden is and love his LPs with Ekspetion, but that didn't seem to be enough to get me going. Thanks for the tip.
