I've been following the antics of this seller for several years. It's always amusing to read the feedback.Unless vlad has a commercial account with the post office (which is unlikely in his case), there IS a tracking number. Insist that he send it to you. If he won't do that, insist that he scan the receipt and Custom's Declaration and email that to you. Get his phone number through eBay and call him. If he won't answer, gets rude, or if the number is no good, then report it to eBay. Open a dispute with eBay for non-delivery of goods. You have already waited too long and it's time to get aggressive with this sh*thead.
Good luck!

I just received another response from Vlad:Daniel,
I'm sorry about this trouble. I don't know what happened, the turntable was shipped long time ago. How I told you I can't trace the package. Let see may be it will be returned to me.
Vladimir
He sounds sincere anyway.
He responds quickly to my emails.
At least that gives me hope that
I am one of the 19 out of 20.
All Vlad has to do is send you an email and you turn into a pussy. Get him to send you the tracking number or, failing that, a scan of the Canada Post receipt and Customs Declaration. If he is really the nice guy that you think he is, he'll do this quickly. Make no mistake, this guy is a bad-ass. Are you going to wait another month with bated breath?
I use it on everything I send, regardless of who pays for it.I always ask that the things I buy are tracked, if not insured.
