It's a very accurate reissue and is well worth $30.

...an original as well?i'm just wondering about the term 'accurate'.
i think the classic monos are quite good, and i do hear differences compared to the originals i have...but i don't have an original of 1568 to compare it to.
But purely as an object. I do hear a difference with the original Blue Notes compared to the Classic isssues, most fair pretty well but some are quite off the mark IMHO (Somethin' Else for example). If an original 1568 came my way I think I'd have to put it on the auction block no matter how much I dig it!
...on the accuracy of the reproductions.i do think they still are sonically enjoyable, particularly when some of the music is just downright unobtainable/unattainable in the original format.
