on the back of the 102, how do you have it 'wired' into the Cornet?

Hello Henry-There really is no comparison to the true mono 102 and the 103R through the Cornet switched to "mono".
so doesmy Bugle. But from Dan says I now have to add the DL-102 to my want list ... who has that signature "The torture never stops"?

it's about making other people feel worse...
"The torture never stops"
Hello Pat-The pins are very long, so I stacked the leads, as shown on the link below, at the very bottom of the page.
How's the Bugle?
Best,
Dan
and it's a good thing I got cheesy connectors. ;-) Nice page. How's the Bugle? I love tht thing. Just added two ad825's and the sound is more detailed, more energetic. I might try a National LM4562 in there next.
The last two in the chain? I'm running 2604s in the last two. They were an improvement over stock...
I have been reading about the National LM4562. People has said it far exceeds all other opamps alive. So that what I'm going to try next. Makes me feel like a jerk for spending $38+ on the AD825's.
Switching opamps is cheap enough. Well, maybe not the AD825.It would be great if Hagerman had a super regulator upgrade for the original Bugle. It would be even better if I knew how to do it myself, but that's unlikely.
these will swap in but it's 'cost' again.

But they do seem a bit pricey. Maybe someday...
The first two are soldered in. The last is slotted. I think I may never get to solder that last one down.
