IIRC, Effective length is adjustable, so headshell offset is adjustable too!!
That is a cleaver idea and properly executed would not create any sonic issues of its own other than the mass of the assembly located that close to the headshell.The effective mass is likely to be on the high side-- A good thing for a DL 103x cartridge.
The Denon DL103x will be 5-10 cu (low compliance) and my Grado Ref Master at 22 cu would be a disaster on this tonearm.
Using a Shure M91 with 78 stylus, I could observer the cantilever moving side to side (as it tracked the inevitably off centre 78 record grooves) and hear the mistracking. The high mass tone arm, and bearing just didn't want to follow that light suspension system.
