I am having problems I believe with the old interconnects. Moving and bending them causes hum and occasional channel loss,. Any suggestions on cheap but good new interconnects for this table, Thanks Norm.

I made up a set out of Linn Analogue- the black stuff. Not too expensive and IMHO it sounds pretty good.
Petra (Formerly Music boys) component video IC, ridiculously cheap amazingly good.

and just to obviate the next questions if you get a set that's too long for you application you simply cut them to the desired length and re-terminate with the RCA plug of your choiceand yes because they are component video IC there are 3 conductors
red green and blue so you strip off one of the conductors to make the audio pair whatever colors you choose to use or not use is meaningless
