Give up?It's a description in today's New York Times TV listings page of a movie called "Coffee and Cigarettes" starring Robert Benigni and released in 2003.
Almost makes me want to watch it :-)
It's on one of the Showtime channels and starts at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Follow Ups:
If it is the Jarmusch film, Benigni is great as he describes the great love of his life ( a pumpkin) to a bishop.
Isn't that the Jim jarmusch film? Great scene with Tom Waits and Iggy Pop. Otherwise, it's a bit uneven.. comprised of unrelated (except the coffee and cigarettes) vignettes and scenes, not a full-blown film.
It's not one of Jim Jarmusch's finest films, more filler than not, but the vinettes that do work are great. The afformentioned Tom Waits/Iggy scene is fun, and one with Steve Coogin and Alfred Molina is probably the best.
