Finally was able to hook up my 2330B. The most "top of the line" bummer. No sound. Well there is sound but it is not amplified. With the volume control all the way up I can hear barely audible signal with a constant electrical hum. Have not deox or cleaned any contacts. But, I'm thinking this is beyond deox and slider lube. Test on FM, AM and Phone section. Results all the same.Note: This is European model and the voltage selector is set to 120v. Did pull the case off, however nothing obvious.
Where should I start or since I am in no way an electrical engineer should I put her back together and search for a qualified tech.
Thanks for any help or advise.

Will definitely clean all the switches and pots.
Before you panic, Hambone77, czech your back panel & see if there are pre-amp out & amp-in jumpers which might be disconected. That stock metal jumper, for whatever reason, might be missing. If so, a simple pair of stereo cables should suffice in their stead. Hope that's your only technical travail into Marantz mavenhood!!!
Yep! know for sure there is main in and pre out on the back. And, there are no connects. Man I sure hope this does it, that would be sweet!!Thanks,
HBBTW, there was a bit of panic. You could tell that in my post, huh?
