Sounds like a classic case of tired output tubes. I assume you've checked the bias/balance and that's OK?

You can probably find someone here who has a tube tester and lives in your neck of the woods. All of a 15-minute job to test all your tubes. Alternatively, you can order a fresh quad of output tubes and just swap them in. Ideally you'll want to set the bias on them, and we can talk you through how to do that. It requires a $10 volt meter, and a screwdriver. Not hard at all.Hope this helps!
could check all of the tubes for me.So, I will do that first and then check back for the bias procedure.
