We spoke ahwile back about our denon CDC 3520 decks we own. It seems to me you knew the size belt for the drawer. I think i cleaned it for about all she`s worth and need to order one. Thanks.

I didnt really put the exact size in but I did use one that worked. The one I used is the same one that was used in the RCA/Samsung vcrs loading drive motors..THere are two belts on the 3520..One is visable when the drawer is open and the other is underneath and you MUST remove the transport to get at it.I would call mcm electronics and they can look the belts up you need.
I didnt know about the one under the drawer but ive been nursing the visible one for a couple years and it seems to be the one thats in charge of closing the drawer or is both?
Both
The one under the drawer is the long one but the one under the mechanism is the short one that hooks to the motor that drives the drawer. Just carefully unplug the wires on the circuit board and I mean the big mother board, they are all color coded plugs so you cant mess up and then, pull out the ribbon flat cable..That you pull up the wire lock with your fingers and gently lift out the cable.Use care when putting it back in.
