Those are East German RFT. No Doubt About It.I have 20 (five quads) labeled "Mullard" with the "fox face" logo that I bought in the late 80's thinking that they were "real".
Just to confirm; Do they have a "dimple" or circular impression on the top of the tube?

Here is the top, does this mean they might be a good sounding tube?
I'm using JJ's in my VTA70 and wanted better.
Thanks
I was not thrilled to discover my "mullards" were not English built. They lasted a long time in a Dyna ST-70 however. One finally "ran away" with at least 5000 hrs under it's belt. That is good service life regardless of manufacturer.
I like the SED EL-34 better for sound.
