Can anyone recommed a vintage integrated regularly available for $100 or less with a killer phono stage?

Be patient
see if you can find a HK 402 integrated
I had one - and sold it for $ 85.00 - Should have kept it
it had preamp outs- 45 x2 strong watts per channel and a very good phono stage...NAD is another good brand
But I think the construction quality
varies too much ...A good Yamaha integrated -older type
CA 810 or the the like would also do well for you
I sold Deonon in the 80's and all their integrated amps had very good phono stages. They are also very reliable. I am also fond of the sound NAD itegrated amps but some have issues with cold solder joits. Luxman amps can also be qute nice. Revox also made a very good itegrated but it will be expesive.
Do you have a local Craigslist? Google it.If so do a daily search for Kenwood, Sansui, or Pioneer in the electronics section. I've had both a Kenwood KA -7300 and a Pioneer SA-9500 that fit your requirements. You dont mention power requirements but any Kenwood KA, Pioneer SA, or Sansui integrated will work great! If low power's ok, search for the Advent mentioned in one of the other posts. Nice sound but not much oomph.
Here's a post from the Portland Oregon Craigslist:
75 wpc, MM or MC - 'Direct Disc' capabilty (Phono section bypasses tone controls/loudness pot.) Cool-looking IMO.
If you're patient, you may be able to get an Advent 300 receiver for around that price. Some people here use it as a pre-amp solely for the wonderful phono stage, designed by Tomlinson Holman. It's generally regarded as one of the best phono stages available in an integrated amp......at ANY price. I love mine. :D
You did not specify whether this integrated must be tube or solid state. Do you need the amplifier to include a MC phono pre-amp or are you planning to use a MM phono cartridge? If the integrated amplifier can be solid state, with no need for a MC phono stage and no more than 30 WPC, I recommend the Marantz 1060.
Tube or SS, and MC Phono stage.
OK, scratch the Advent......no MC phono stage.
I sorry I meant MM not MC.
I better go back to school. My English is failing me. I'm looking for an integrated amp SS or Tube with an MM phono section. $100 or less.
Try the NAD 3020.
