Agree with Duster, torque the wallplate to the wall and enjoy. In addition, I have a small but worthwhile tweak that can be applied to ANY outlet and that is to insert a child's safety cap into the unused port(s) and then stick a Golden Sound Acoustic disc to the safety cap.
The safety cap dampens the parasitic resonances in the electrical line, especially the unused female tongs in the outlet, and the acoustic discs absorb/dissipate the resonances.

Very interesting.Might be worth a shot just to hear if there is any improvement over my Child safety cap/acoustic disc tweak.
Did U also see the machined wallplate and the CF outlet cover?
Cheers,
I had a dozen of the acoustic discs lying around and based on reading this post bought a dozen of the child safety caps (clear plastic). I put one in every vacant outlet that is on the same circuit (not a dedicated line and the circuit controls 7 duplex outlets) my power conditioner and two power strips are plugged into. Now I have a question. While I have some video components plugged into the power strips, there are 6 combined vacant outlets (3 duplexes) on them. Would I get additional benefit putting the safety cap/acoustic disc combos into these outlets as well? Thanks in advance.

I would definately use the child safety caps in the unused outlets in the power strip used to power the video components but I have not seen any appreciable improvement in my video monitor when the acoustic discs are applied in my video system. The benefits are mainly aligned with the audio spectrum.
Cheers,
Thanks, I just put this together last night so I'll provide some impressions as soon as I can listen.
