They worked well in that application, tightening and sharpening image focus mostly. It was immediately noticeable to me and my friends. They're not especially cheap, but they do work well.

Hi Quint,
Just to find out, what other ASC products do you use in your room?Recently, I have been playing with room treatment ideas and I am going to buy ASC stuff. The tubetraps are a must and that's what they are famous for. What about their other products for domestic environment in your opinion?
PS: I am going to blame Kenster for making me much poorer soon! ;p

Hi, WB:Nice to hear from you, too. It's been a while. I also use Sound Planks on all surfaces of two support beams and the overhang of the drop ceiling in my basement. That's it, though. They're truly great products, and you'll be pretty amazed at the differences they can make . . . if placed properly, of course. Good luck!
Try out GikAcoustics.com. Far far less expensive, and very effective. They do make custom sizes, so you may be able to get them to cut the widths down if you need them narrow.
