Does anyone know of a simple plug it in the AC outlet meter that will continuously indicate line voltage?

Thanks, all. I should have said, but I need a meter that can be used to readout 220v-240v. I contacted some of the manufacturers you referred me to, checking on whether they also make 230v units, but if you have any other ideas, bring 'em on!
Here's a cheep one, sure it says it's for use in an RV but if you don't say anything I won't either.
Also tracks current, power, and energy (watt-hours).One source is listed below.

they are very useful. They measure power, energy, voltage, current, power factor, and maybe a couple of other things. It's also foolproof--pressing the wrong button just means you get the wrong reading.
There are several on this link. I use an old B&K LED DMM on my bench which used to eat C batteries as if it owned stock in Duracell but it has an external power jack and I run it on a wallwart. It's been running about 10 years and doing a great job and never needs batteries.
