Does it have to be an axial cap?? If not I beleive BG makes some high voltage caps made for use in tube cicuits.

They need to be axial I think..it'll look too ugly otherwise, and securing will be a pain - I dont want to drill holes in the PCB. See the picture - they are the 2 big yellow caps..Unless there is another way?
Try Jensen, and they have 100uF/500V electroyic axial capacitors in their range.
You lay them flat like axials add lead if needed using the one cut short soldered to the other one, and cover them with heat shrink. You can use RTV to attach them to the board. I'd also go with super e bypasses unless you want to use .01uF RT or RTX caps.
