I'm upgrading a Sansui TU-9900 tuner. There are two Sanyo D314E in the power section. They look like Freds/diodes but could be regulators. I can't seem to find anything on them. I want to replace/upgrade them if possible. I think one is shot.
Follow Ups:
Its an NPN driver transistor.
Here's a data sheet link

Any ideas on what to replace it with?
Thanks, Denny
NTE makes replacement semiconductors carried by many places. Their cross for yours is:

MJE15032 It's a bit overkill but it works.
