I've gotten my old ReVox tuner out of the cellar and want to start using it again. Is anyone aware of any companies that can "mod" it or at least give it a tune-up? In it's day, it was a great little tuner, and I'd like to bring it back to life.

Thanks, I'll try your suggestions.
did a mod of a revox which works out very good. All the revox tuners loose a lot of detail and quality on all the extra bells and knobs a.s.o. Make the signal path as short as needed and wanted but without 100 plus switching functions one may never use anyway.Make a revox a tuner just to play great instead of pushing his buttons all the time...
Is Leave all the curcuits alone, and get it aligned and/or repaired by someone good. If a switch is bad or intermittent, a good tech should have no problems fixing it. Once you start modding it, you run into other, possibly more serious problems. You seem that you were happy before with it, I think you can again.
Although the A-76 where you are talking about is the one with normal buttons and therefore much easier to modify.Start in the powersupply first
Thnaks, but I'm no techie. Any suggestions where I could send it? I'm in So. New Jersey.
Just open the tuner and send a digital and tell where to start.
if you do the powersupply
that is allready a lot gained in soundquality.
