There is no universal answer, as there are several variations of each. I find both the later small O-getter ECC82 and 7316 to be inferior by a wide margin to earlier version. While I prefer the early 7316, early eCC82's are very good also.
Aldovan,I tried a few 7316. They are pretty good. But, I like the GE or Sylvania 7318 tubes better. I think that these have better tone. Very quiet and last long time.
Heck, if I know who carries these. Mine were given to me,in exchange for some amp work. Maybe Kevin Deal has some?
