Hello,A client wants me to ID this VT4C/211 with "AMC" logo.
I don't think it's the same company as the folks that made Gremlins and Pacers ;-)
Any info or links?
Thanks all!

Follow Ups:
Gregg v.,They have a different logo now- still with lower case lettering- and I'm wondering if this tube isn't related to the amc Theater chain -of the tube era of course- and the tube is a replacement for cinema sound amplification.
I see quite a few Siemens tubes that were made as replacements for the German Klangfilm cinema audio systems.
A wild guess !
Cheers,
Thanks!I fellow also found info at Tone Lizard: http://tone-lizard.com/Vintage_Tube_Boxes.htm, unfortunately they still seem a mystery.
Your answer gives me a hint at origin.
Cheers!

Gregg v.I appreciate your mention of the tube box site as this does help revela the complexity of tube relabelling and it's essential for NOS buyers to recognise the evolution of the boxes to be able to have an idea of the period. When you see a yellow and black Sylvania box with the small lightning bolt, or the Wite Telefeunken as compared to the light blue, it's the Valvo blue and yellow instead of the bright yellow with red and black tube, you're dealing wiht earlier tubes than if the box is the birghter yellow with the blockier lettering. And so on- very useful and I see boxes and labels I'd never heard of.
Interesting that there is an "AMC" rebrander shown on the tube box site, but it's yet another variation of a lower case "amc" logo- therefore we've considered the printing on your tube, amc Theaters, the AMC rebrander, and amc cars- and all are different.
I wonder if collecting stamps would be simpler?
Thanks!
Cheers,
THE " AMC " LOGO IS FROM STATE LABORATORIES - A OLD-LINE TUBE DISTRIBUTOR / RE-BRANDER OUT OF NEW YORK CITY UNTIL ABOUT 1983 AND THEN FROM BROOKLYN UNTIL THEY FOLDED ABOUT 1990; THEIR INVENTORY WAS THEN SOLD TO BODNAR TRADING, WHO BOUGHT THE ASSETS OF UNITY ELECTRONICS (ELIZABETH, NJ) AND SOME ASSETS FROM THE OLD UNITED-PAGE OPERATION OF PATERSON, NJ PLUS "LORD KNOWS WHAT ELSE" OVER THE YEARS.
MUCH OF THE BODNAR INVENTORY WAS SOLD TO A BUYER IN NORTHERN FLORIDA A YEAR OR TWO AGO, WHO NOW PROUDLY ADVERTISES THAT HE HAS "XX" MILLION TUBES IN STOCK.
AT A GUESS, THE TUBE YOU PICTURE IS PROBABLY CHINESE, RATHER THAN AN OLD US-MADE ITEM
Gregg VYour tube look like RCA VT4C as pictured in this auction.
