I have a Hickok 600A tester and I need to know how to set it up to test the 6BX7GT and 5879 tubes. I can't find them on the rolls or in the tube substitution book I have, which are both admittedly very old. Can anyone here help? Thanks, Greg Roberts

Thank you Tre'! You're the greatest!Where were you able to find that information? I've been testing a lot of tubes for the last few years and these are first two I wasn't able to find in the rolls on the unit. I don't know if I'm going to find any more or not, I still have at least 1000 more tubes to clear out this lot.
The BAMA site has PDFs for the Hickok tube testers. The link I gave is test settings for the 532 533 534 and 600 testers. The 5879 is also listed. 6.3 EV1873-9 21 48 P4 1000Tre'

I printed the updated test data pages for my tester. I can't thank you enough for the information and link.I don't suppose you have any information about what the 6DA6 tubes are used for? I have a bunch of them that I want to sell and I did not see any selling on ebay recently. Just wondering if they are still being used these days.
