My amp uses KT88 power tubes, I notice the power tubes have not same impact, dynamics, bloom, juice,as well as they are new after 5-6 months.
I dont mean they perform like they finish their life, but not very enjoyable as they are new, I wonder how 300b,845,211 etc.. tubes similiar or different react in their midway of life? or is there anybody
made an A/B test (with new and used tubes in same amp)that feel the same
differencies?

it is simple to fix. Get 2-3 sets new output tubes. You hear what you hear, no matter what others hear or say.
The descriptors all make sense to me except bloom, if your tubes were simply burned in . The loss of all that would be a result of premature aging due to ? over biasing. What about the input tubes and the preamp?
Thanks for your post,it is an integrated amp ,driver tubes are a pair 12ax7 and preamp stage tubes are a pair 12au7,it is an automatic bias circuit, well in the burning period of KT88 power tubes (100 hours 3 weeks,5 hours average listening a day,)I hear some developments
in a good manner of power tubes, but this is different, the music I play was more realistic but now is more hifi simplest way to describe, and I am sure I will get the same realistic sound if I put on new set tubes 5-6 mounths again but then I will notice the differencies on exact cds, this maybe my amp's fault if nobody find same differencies, maybe tube manufacturers do not produce same quality tubes as NOS today?..
