I've recently gotten m hands on some RCA Metal tubes. I've been using RCA glass,Nat. Union glass. But, these metals are sonthing speacial. Anyone care to comment on expiernces on this?

Or did you intend to ask if the CV1932 is a replacement for either the 'L7 or the 'N7? While the 6J5 and the CV1932 are equivalent, they're single triodes. They both are octal and have similar mu and plate resistance characteristics.

The metal can 6J5s are among the worst of the 6J5 clan, somewhere round the 6L5GT and below the 6C5G.
Best are the CV1932, the 6P5GT or G and the wonderful 2C22 which needs two top caps.
