Hello ,
For 9 pinners I usually push the valves into hard polystyrene , clean the pins with a cottonbud and isoprop then repeat . Seems to bring back the original sheen in mosts cases . For loctals (which normally have fairly corroded pins) a fibreglass pencil then cottonbud and isoprop . Ditto for octals , also replacing the solder on the pins can helpcheers
ZuheryUse crocus paper, or 1000 grit aluminum oxide sand paper. Be careful not to over do it. Most tube pins are plated steel. If you remove the plating, the pins will oxide fast.
