phase slipter voltage on my amp is way off unbalance .it is a Mullards 5-20 circuit , with 12Ax7 as driver tube.,
1 anode is 325 and these other only half "176v"
what cause this ?
I don't think this is a design . must be some things when wrong in the circuit it self or perhap the tube it self ?
any adice on this please .

With an imbalance that extreme, check the ECC83 first. If it is okay, you likely have got a leaky coupling cap that forms a voltage divider with the following grid leak resisitor.
I found it.
it was a wrong cathode cap on the input tube .
thanks all.
Long-tail pair splitter? Could be the tube, but I'd suspect a leaky capacitor or off-value resistor first.
