Very nice!!!Looking at the pics inside it looks like a variation of the Audio Note Ankoru.
You are corect it is a variation of the Ankoru. It uses Bartolucci transformers. T Willman
Is that framed out of like 1/2" slabs of machined aluminum? HEllyeah if so! Daaaamn. Very fine build quality with all those tapped blind thread holes, etc. (I thought I overbuilt some insane chassis stuff but this is even more over the top and humbling since much of it is all solid
metal). what kind of iron is that under the hood? Looks very fine.congrats. I can tell that took a lot of time and effort to do such a nice job under the hood.
Yes it is slab on grade aluminum. It weighs over 150lbs. We use a dolly to move them. T Willman
I like your industrial style and quality build. I toyed with the same idea to run cables trough a double topplate (to seperate signal and power wiring) but I'm not good enough with metal to make it so.I think you could drop it from the second floor window and it would still run if you put new tubes in :-)

Nice. Hey, where did you source the xfmr cover from?
Zeros in California. They work at any level but are pricey for one off non cataloge covers. Extruded aluminum. T Willman
