What is it, a 12AV6?

Hi
Thank you for your help! It's a ubf89 (19v heater) tube, a pentode with two doides side by side and under the grid that I am going to use as a triode. So I should ground the diodes and not connect them to the cathode? Also if I were to were to apply feedback, would the best place be at the cathode or would I apply it to the one or both of the diodes? Thanks again! Regards,
You can do either, as either way they are taken out of effective usage - but they MUST NOT be involved in the signal path or you will get very unpredictable results - to say the least. So don't run any signal, feedback or anything else, through them - OK?
Regards, Allen
