I would say no. Phase shifts are BAD in NFB loops. Something TRULY non-inductive is in order. Meter matched 0.5 W. Carbon comp. parts are FINE. If you must use "boutique" stuff, go with Caddock.

Yes and no. Mills employs the Ayrton-Perry winding technique to hold inductance WAY down, but some inductance, albeit SMALL, is always present. In any event, culling out matched Carbon comp. parts will cost you LESS.
