Hi Teresa,
Will you be selling your DVD-As any time soon?

A woman’s prerogative you know. I’ve decided to concentrate on collecting LPs, Reel to Reels and analog cassettes only. Thanks for asking!

I have 12 combination of DVD-Audios and 24/96 DADs, plus two Chesky 24/96 DADs with full motion video that I have kept out of a collection of about 150. The others were sold on eBay.I like most of what is remaining in my collection, even though they don't compare to analog I will kept them for now. If my DVD-Audio player breaks down they be offered then unless it gets replace with another DVD-Audio player as I do like to rent movies from Netflix.

Teresa, Easy CD creator 9 has a little advertised feature - it can burn DADs at 96/24. It is worth investigating further.Dutch software available couple of years ago doing the same was no good. It seems that Easy CD Creator is better.
and they actually sounded better than the originals, better bass and a larger soundstage that really surprised me. Tape deck "head bump" would explain the better bass but the larger soundstage has me stumped. My Reel to Reel in still in the shop, when it gets out I am going to tape all my DVD-Audios just in case I not able to get a replacement DVD-Audio when mine dies and for the improved sound.
