I have 1978 vintage Sony TCK7II cassette deck which I won off of Ebay last year for $28 and recently had serviced and rebuilt. This model was very familiar to me as a brother in law had one new from back then and it was a superb recording machine. Anyhow, I didn't get the manual with mine and I have a question about the Dolby switch. I have three switching choices with Dolby, off, on, or on without filter. Am I correct in assuming that *on* with the filter means it has a 60k hertz FM filter and that for recording records or CDs I should be using the non filtered version? Thanks.
