What are some reasonably priced amplifiers that you reccomend to drive NHT speakers?? When I say reasonably priced I mean maybe in the $2500 range for a pre-amp/power amp combo.
Thanks

But probably will never own because I'll be full digital active.......
So NAD is a good match with NHT?? Any others you reccomend that work well with NHT, im considering a used pair of 2.9's or the Cassic 4. Still searching for a speaker for the basement to replace the Klipsch RF-7's.
Yes, the combo works very well. I also like stuff like YBA, C-J, McCormack, but there are lots of good amps. All you can do is get the speakers in your room, then spend some time auditioning. I brought up the NAD M3 because it gives you the best bang/buck of anything I've ever seen before and is a supercharged version of the overwhelmingly great NAD Silver Series S300 which was a big hit in Europe. The Four will have a bigger, more open, detailed, more spacious sound than the 2.9 with a bit more thump on the bottom. Imagine the Goldi but with tighter, more detailed bass, more detailed and more spacious upper mids, a more refined treble.
