Stolen paypal funds, stolen paypal accounts or whatever. You get payment, you send the item, later Paypal reverses the payment AND blocks your account for fraud, you are left without the money and without gear. There are more than enough idiots who click on "verification link" in bogus paypal emails and supply crooks with all their passwords etc. This is not counting passwords stolen by keyloggers.
Aren't they responsible for accepting bogus funds?
Of course they can! And they will. And may - if they decide to - freeze your account too. As soon as a real owner of funds finds out he has been robbed - presto. Read paypalsucks.com for details.Anybody who thinks that paypal funds are "money in the bank" is very wrong and will be very sorry for his assumption one day.
