These issues could happen with model railroad cars, flourescent socks or rare pez candy....IMO, - this is an audio forum.
Go outside and play, post about audio here...

S.man,General Asylum is a forum for audio related topics that don't fit into other forums. The subject is a $2000 amplifier and Ebay and Audiogon are commonly used by many here. That's audio content and is apparently interesting to others or there wouldn't be posts.
The first word of the subject line is "Ebay". If that is a topic that doesn't interest you, why take your valuable time to read about it and post? When I see yet another 121 posts on the subject of the "i-chip" I skip over most, but I'm glad that people engage the subject as it brings in issues of audio perception.
On this planet we use the computer to get information and assistance on diverse subjects. Why do you object to my asking advice on an audio purchase from more experienced people?
Regards and piss off,
Cheers!
you're right...It's not my place to moderate the forums....my post was born out of the frustration that the same scenario is possible with rugs or bobblehead dolls..... I also hate Ebay and avoid it like the plague...
Apologies though... you're right...
Hate eBay? I have 1,000 transactions a year for the past five years with excellent feedback, only two negs, and very little in the way of complaints. What's the problem?
I always lose out to someone else who has some "magic."Or, - the price of the item goes so close to retail, that it's easier to just go to Audiogon or "cool-gear-r-us" or whatever.....
Cheers J, (hope that you're well).
