Hi,I recently bought a pair of Nordost Valkyrja interconnects from an ebay seller under name Chopogris, who is Eladio Fullana from Spain. I paid via
paypal. The seller 18 days after receiving the payment doesn't send the cables. I openned a paypal dispute and the seller threatens me that if I don't close it he will never send the cables.
It is my second failed attempt to buy something from Spain. I hope it is a coincidense.
Nikos.

Hi, I have over 1,000 ebay transactions. This seller has 6 negative feedbacks out of around 270 feedbacks. Also a bunch of neutrals. He has also left a simliiar number of negative feedbacks. Reading his feedback there is a pattern of blaming the other person in the dispute, with lots of SHOUTING (all caps). His feedback score is 97.8%. Or, you could consider that you have a 2.2% chance of getting into a dispute with this seller. Probably more, because many people will not leave negative feedback that should be left, because the other person can retaliate with negative feedback.Too late now but I would not bid on any auction from this seller.
I would definitely keep the Paypal dispute open! It's your leverage.
One more comment. Is waiting 18 days for something to ship is too long? It should be, but I've had a lot of corporate business take my money and then tell me the item can't be shipped for weeks.
Send a copy of his e-mail threatening not to send the cables if you don't close the despute. Sounds to me like an admission he didn't send them.
.
I'd keep dispute open, ask for proof he sent them, with no dispute open, would you have other ways to get your cash back?
I think paypal will ask him for verifible proof that he did send them off to you.i dont think they will just take his word for it.
then open a dispute with PAYPAL and get your money back
