had a interesting experience with a brianna kelly @ hel!o on AGMy experience with he/she was in regards to cable that i agreeded to buy and sent over full contact information (address, phone number, paypal account) and he/she backed out for no logical reason got angry, upset, etc...this is a major concern, why would someone do this for no good reason ? They get my FULL CONTACT information & then bail ? WHAT IS GOING ON ???????
i would liken to a ex girlfriend who had a hormone imbalance -illogical, hot tempered and leaves no opportunity for reply or recourse(ie argues like a jr high school girl...)
i left appropiate feedback and it was ignored..after investigating there is ALOT of negaitve remarks from members on a brian/na kelly from He!lO or $implyhifi or helloh!f!
i posted a couple ad's at the usual used audio website (ag..) warning other buyers and my ad was pulled and my account removed after 5 years. btw, my ad did NOT directly correlate to the above mentioned, a little reading between the lines was needed as you notice..
however, i did recieve a couple emails from other members and i would like to share/warn you their experiences as well as mine.. why he/she is allowed to do business is pretty interesting question...
i would strongly warn audio memebers in your dealings with he/she...he/she has a strong prior history (check google and here..her negative feedback was removed from AG) he/she has no physical address, phone number, email contact is from a foreign country, and lots & lots of court cases in the los angeles county courts (available online)..

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your input about this individual, I also have had a very bad time dealing with him, when I inquired about a simple cable, he would fire back with intense anger.Very rude and insolent. I appreciate your statement and the words of fellow Audio*** members, what keeps Audio*** working is honesty and fair dealings with respect to individuals personal tastes.I hope this individual will take note or take his business elsewhere.2.
Hi Mike,
I could not agree with you more strongly. Hello is the worst evil on AudiogoN. He is Satan himself, I'm convinced. I discovered this years ago and have ignored him ever since.
Unfortunately, he does enough business here that AG protects him and removes his negative feedbacks and any threads that speak poorly of him. I wouldn't be surprised to see your ad here mysteriously vanish into the abyss, that's AG's style.3.
Hi Mike,Thanks for your informative "tip". Coincidentally I was actually looking at one of He!!o's listings of Kimber cables myself but found it to be suspicious that he has such an outrageous number of feedbacks. But nonetheless, this is good to know and I appreciate folks like you who are looking out for other fellow Audiog***ers.

Hi Mike,Nice to see someone making a statement about this psychopath. I had anexperience with this jerk, similar to that you are describing. After he declined to sell - apparently because I had an AOL account - he called my home a half dozen times cursing. Told AG about it but they didnt give a damn & actually removed the negative f'back I had left for him.
I would like to warn other members of high end end audio to beware of this seller....it has cost me $12, my audiogon membership(6 years ?), and a great deal of distress. there are others who have lost more so i consider myself lucky for the time...
though no money was exchanged my contact information was....this transaction is very concerning due to the historical background of this person online here, google, and legal search...
btw, i have over positive 350 transaction between ebay & AG as buyer and seller...

I am from the 'old school'. Someone needs to kick this persons A$$ big time.
one should never hit a women...
The person is Brian Kelley. At one point, he threatened to sue AA over the negative comments posted about him here.He was represented by a California lawyer who used to post here under the moniker "tenniswino" and, I believe at that time, he was physically located in SoCal.
It would be interesting to know the business relationship between Kelley and the owner(s) of the audiogon site. It looks like, if he keeps conducting himself as he has in the past, someone just might have the desire and the means to find that out.
If this is the same character I chased down to ask about some speakers and shipping, contact by any means other than email is a challenge. No zip code and was told that the lack of a zip code is to keep buyers from determining there own idea of reasonable shipping charges. Basically, waht he indicated was that buyers simply need to trust his shipping price and not believe what Fedex or UPS states on their websites. I had to look up the phone number area code to determine where he was located. I then called the speaker mfgr to ask about the speakers and was told that he was not an acknowledged dealer and there were some legal issues related to pulling his dealership. Also indicated was the investigation by the California State Attorney.
this she/he is a real interesting character. there is no contact information from 2000 going forward.. there is also alot of legal issues at the los angeles court system including domestic violence. the only thing that exist is the he!!o.it website (where is .it ? italy?).i dont get it..what gives with the teritze syndrome, lawyers, and abusive business practices ?
is the person who allows the behavior to blame or the actual person ?
Actually, its pretty common for companies in the mail-order biz to markup shipping charges from UPS or FedEx. Sometimes they tell you that, and sometimes they don't.In addition, UPS and FedEx give large volume shippers discounts off "retail" which the shipper may or may not pass on to the customer. I remember when I was shipping my Sony SACD player to San Diego for repair (and, under the terms of the warranty, shipping to Sony is the customer's expense). Sony had some deal worked out with UPS whereby if you went into a UPS store and gave them a code, you ended up paying less than the "rack rate" of the UPS store for shipping the unit. Since I was shipping cross-country, the difference was not insignificant.
