Well, they are touring Australia in September with World Party supporting.
I just got an advance notification in case I want tickets.
I was never much of a fan but I know a lot of people here are/were.
Follow Ups:
...for the first time a few years ago on their "Back to Nature" tour. I have been a long time fan of their music.
My favorite WP disc is Dumbing Up. Goodbye Jumbo a close 2nd.
CD contain the DVD with all their videos? It is an amazing collection, not sure if it was a limited release or not.

I like them pretty well, but my wife is absolutely NUTS about them. Her favorite band of all time. She refers to Becker and Fagan as her favorite "music-playing PBS announcers." I see her point!
Nothing to add about SD who are showered with praise and whose music never grows old.
World Party is a real interesting band. Wallinger can do a spot on take on John Lennon and his tunes are about as catchy as pop music gets. Goodbye Jumbo is a great LP. Is It Like Today off of Bang is a all time classic song......
I'd go.
Lest we not forget The Waterboys, another fine band
A rollicking and raggedy collector of slightly crazed and totally mind blowing muscians. Fisherman's Blues is one terrific album. I do not have the extended CD collection but I do have it on vinyl....
